Benefits

Benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental, and 401k after initial trial period. 

Therapists can work virtually or in-person at our Irving Park location. Our office building includes four offices, a conference room for groups, an outdoor space, and kitchenette. The building is not shared allowing for optimal privacy.

Clinical Positions

We are seeking licensed or pre-licensed social workers, counselors, therapists, and psychologists for full or part-time positions. We also support our clinicians in developing consulting, supervision, and public speaking careers. Applicants should be community-minded, committed to collaboration, and liberation-minded.

Non-Clinical Positions

In our Peer-Support program, we support graduate students preparing for clinical careers as well as self and community taught healers in developing mentoring, educational, social and advocacy programming. Reach out with your programming ideas. Applicants should be community-minded, liberation-minded, and committed to collaboration.

Interns

We support 1-2 interns per semester. If you are interested in working at The Hinterlands for your field placement, reach out!
